NeuronAir goes above and beyond to protect both travelers and their shipments. We only work with verified licensed small traders and we scan all shipments twice and seal it before put in kiosks in terminals to ensure safety. Additionally, for travelers’ peace of mind, we offer shipping declaration forms that signed by shippers include verified address, verified mobile number, passport copy, national ID, as well as bio metric data fingerprints thumped with each shipments signed declaration form declaring the verified allowed content by our expertise.
4. Can NeuronAir purchase and send items on behalf of shippers?
Yes, NeuronAir offers a convenient service where we can purchase items on behalf of shippers and send them direct with travelers . This way ensures that shippers send their desired items promptly, cost wise and securely, with the added assurance layers of our thorough scanning process for travelers, thus the shipment bought and brought from our side provide more safety.
6. What happens if something illegal is found in my shipment?
At NeuronAir, we prioritize the safety and legality of all shipments. If anything not allowed is found during our scanning process, it will be promptly removed before it placed in our kiosks at the terminals.
7.Who scans my shipment before travel?
Our dedicated team consists of resigned government officials who are experts in security and compliance. They handle the scanning process both before your travel, using the same mechanism government use and even advanced more. Rest assured, your shipment as a traveler is thoroughly checked for safety by the certified team before your journey begins.
8. Where do the shipments come from?
The shipments handled by NeuronAir are sourced either directly from verified licensed traders or the shipments we bought our self as company of behalf of sender. This ensures that every shipment meets our stringent quality and safety standards, giving you peace of mind.
9. What happens after my arrival? After you arrive,There’s no need to take it to the recipient yourself. Instead, inside the arrival terminal, there’s a designated drop-off point where you can leave your shipment. You can then collect your cash immediately or any payout methods you have chosen, making the process convenient and effortless.
10. What happens in case of customs?
In the event of customs procedures, you don’t need to worry about a thing. Simply give customs paper, and we’ll handle the rest.
11. Can I send a shipment if I’m not a licensed individual trader?
